You will learn to:
- Ask doctor to fill out an 11-question survey and find out practice specialty, revenue, billing quality, and its costs.
- Quantify added revenue to the doctor using Affinity Billing Added Revenue Calculator.
- Comfortably operate with such concepts like percent of accounts receivable beyond 120 days, rates of claim denial, ICD-9 and CPT codes, days to payment, superbill, straight-through billing, billing transparency, HIPAA compliance, etc. None of these concepts are hard or time-consuming to grasp and Billing Academy will train you on using them.
- Demonstrate Affinity Billing service, including our billing operations and doctor’s control system, using an Internet-connected computer in the doctor’s office:
